What You’ll Do:
- Technical Leadership: Drive engineering execution with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance; Collaborate with external teams to deliver high-quality solutions and foster continuous improvement.
- Product Development: Partner with the Product Owner to align technical efforts with strategic goals and oversee software development.
- Team Management: Manage engineering resources, delegate tasks, and support outsourcing teams to ensure efficient delivery.
- Media Analytics: Leverage expertise in analytics to optimize campaigns and develop data models for product enhancement.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and ensure clear communication of progress and updates to stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, preferably in platform development or AdTech.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven ability to develop scalable and reliable software systems using modern tools.
- Expertise in data analytics, and data modeling.
- Leadership:
- Experience in managing engineering teams and external partners.
- Efficient task delegation, effort estimation, and stakeholder communication.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (B2+) to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Deep understanding of AdTech challenges and opportunities is a plus.
