Product Operations Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure all operational, technical, and support teams are aligned and ready for product launches.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Media Optimization, and Customer Success teams to enable seamless integration and readiness for each product rollout.
  • Create and manage detailed launch plans, including checklists, training materials, and go-live resources, to support both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective feedback loops to capture insights from users and stakeholders.
  • Leverage feedback to drive continuous improvement of products and operational processes.
  • Actively monitor platform usage to identify and address unexpected technical issues.
  • Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate engineering teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal client disruption.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years in managerial roles within AdTech, DSPs, or agencies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AdTech, DSP technologies, and the programmatic marketplace.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (B2+) to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
