WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • HubSpot CRM & Automation: Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM to support sales and marketing. Ensure data integrity, automate workflows, and develop dashboards and reports.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and media buying data to identify trends and growth opportunities. Improve reporting and dashboards to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Optimize lead flow, attribution, and handoff between marketing and sales. Support pricing strategy and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Process Optimization & Strategic Execution: Automate and improve processes to accelerate sales. Optimize deal management, forecasting, and business scaling strategies.
  • Training & Enablement: Train the sales team on HubSpot, analytics, and CRM best practices. Develop playbooks and materials for new hires and existing team members.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5+ years in revenue/sales operations within adtech, martech, or media.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in media buying, programmatic, or adtech is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Experience with automation, data visualization, and project management is a plus.
