Junior Performance Optimization Manager (Paid Social)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Set up and execute social campaigns (Facebook/TikTok/Linkedin), including developing targeting strategies, and writing ad copy, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve client’s media or performance goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and metrics, providing accurate data on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain dashboards to track the progress of all ad campaigns, ensuring real-time visibility of key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams (e.g., Media Optimization, and Client Service) about campaign status and performance, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Preferably experienced in working with Facebook advertising campaigns.
  • Understanding of Facebook advertising best practices and targeting options.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze campaign data to inform optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English B2+

STEPS OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:

  • Screening (45 minutes) – An initial conversation with a recruiter to get to know you and your background.
  • Test Assignment (2 days) – A task designed to evaluate your technical skills.
  • Team Interview (up to 60 minutes) – A meeting with your potential Team Lead and future colleagues to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
  • Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
