STEP 2

This is where we look beyond the resume. We want to understand how you think, how you work, and what motivates you. Bring your questions – we value real conversations over rehearsed answers.

I’ve got an interview - what should I expect?

We start with a 45-minute video call with a recruiter to learn about your experience and share more about the role and team. If there’s a mutual fit, you’ll meet the hiring manager and relevant team members next. We’ll always tell you in advance who you’re meeting and what the focus will be.

How are interviews conducted?

All interviews are held via video call (typically Google Meet), since we’re a remote-first global team.

How can I prepare?

Be ready to talk through real examples - challenges you faced, decisions you made, and the impact you delivered. We look for strong expertise, clear thinking, and alignment with our values: Ownership, Respect, and Curiosity.

STEP 3

Test

For most roles, we'll ask you to complete a short practical task or case study. It helps us understand how you think and solve problems – and gives you a feel for the kind of work we do day to day.

How much time will I need for the test?

We keep cases focused and respectful of your time. Most are designed to take a few hours of concentrated work. We’ll always share a clear deadline that takes your schedule into account.

STEP 4

Decision

If it feels like a strong match on both sides, we'll move quickly and extend an offer. We respect the time and effort you've invested – so we don't drag out decisions when we're excited to work together.

When can I expect to hear back?

We typically share a final decision within 3-5 business days after the last step. If it’s been longer, feel free to reach out to your recruiter - global time zones happen, but we won’t leave you guessing.

What happens if I’m not selected this time?

Whenever possible, we’ll share honest feedback. And even if it’s not the right fit today, we often reconnect with past candidates as new roles open.
